Blackwick Bourbon Whisky
Our flagship product is our Blackwick Bourbon. Mashbill of >80% corn and remainder malted barley. No rye or wheat. Our standard whisky is released at either 80 or 90 proof (depending on what our taste buds say). For each barrel, we also release some at cask strength to showcase the deep flavors more effectively. Currently, we primarily utilize a proprietary accelerated aging process in order to release our own distillate while our vintage stocks age! Most batches of accelerated aged whisky are aged between 3 and 6 weeks.
